Neurodivergent Motherhood
Motherhood asks so much of you—and when your brain works differently, the demands of parenting can feel especially overwhelming. If you have ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence, you may find yourself struggling with executive functioning, sensory overload, emotional regulation, perfectionism, or the constant pressure to meet expectations that weren't designed with you in mind.
Therapy provides a space where you don't have to mask, explain, or apologize for how your mind works. Together, we'll build on your strengths while developing practical strategies to navigate daily challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. Whether you're adjusting to pregnancy, postpartum, or the ongoing realities of raising children, we'll work to help you better understand your unique needs, reduce overwhelm, and create rhythms that support both you and your family.
You don't need to become a different person to be a good mom. My goal is to help you embrace the way you're wired, care for yourself with compassion, and find practical tools that allow you to thrive—not just survive—in motherhood.
