Perinatal Mental Health
Pregnancy and the transition into motherhood can be beautiful, but they can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and unexpectedly difficult. Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby or adjusting to life with a growing family, it's normal to experience a wide range of emotions. When those feelings begin to impact your daily life, relationships, or sense of self, you don't have to navigate them alone.
Perinatal mental health therapy supports women throughout pregnancy and the first year after childbirth as they cope with the emotional challenges of this season. Together, we'll create a space where you can process your experiences without judgment, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with the woman you are beyond the demands of motherhood.
Support may include pregnancy or postpartum anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, NICU experiences, adjustment to motherhood, identity changes, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and pregnancy after loss. My goal is to help you move from simply surviving to finding confidence, healing, and hope as you care for yourself and your family.
