College Students

College can be an exciting season of growth, independence, and new possibilities—but it can also come with a lot of pressure and uncertainty. Between academics, relationships, changing friendships, family expectations, work, and figuring out who you are and where you’re headed, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

Therapy can provide a space to slow down, sort through what you’re carrying, and better understand yourself without judgment. I work with college-aged women navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-doubt, perfectionism, family dynamics, life transitions, trauma, and the many questions that can come with becoming more independent.

Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply feel like you need a place to process everything that’s going on, therapy can offer support as you navigate this season of life. My approach is collaborative and individualized, meeting you where you are and helping you identify what matters most to you—while building practical tools and greater confidence along the way.
